Acceptance of terms
By signing in to or using EXO Dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Authorized team use
EXO Dashboard is provided for authorized team collaborators to organize project workspace information, collaborate on updates and drawings, and access designated team Drive files and folders. You must use the application only for legitimate team purposes and only with the permissions granted to your account.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your account, maintaining the confidentiality of information you access, and ensuring that content you upload or share is lawful and authorized. Do not attempt to disrupt the application, bypass access controls, or access another user's account.
Third-party services
Authentication and Drive features depend on Google, Supabase, and other service providers. Their availability and terms may affect these features. You are responsible for complying with the applicable third-party terms when using their services.
Availability and changes
The application may be updated, suspended, or discontinued as needed for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Features and content may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXO Dashboard and its service owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from or related to use of the application. The application is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
