Google OAuth and Google Drive
EXO Dashboard uses Google OAuth to authenticate authorized team collaborators. With your authorization, the application uses the Google Drive API solely to access, view, and manage project workspace files and folders within the designated team Drive. Google Drive access is used only to provide the workspace features described in the application.
Information we handle
The application may process your Google account identifier and profile information needed for sign-in, workspace content you or collaborators add, and Google Drive file and folder information needed to provide the file workspace. The application may also use browser storage for session and preference data.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to authenticate users, provide collaboration features, synchronize workspace content, and operate the designated team Drive integration. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Google API Services User Data Policy
EXO Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request only the access needed for the Google Drive features described above and do not use Google API data for unrelated purposes.
Data control and contact
You can revoke the application's Google access from your Google Account security settings. For questions about this policy or to request assistance with workspace data, contact your team administrator or the service owner.
